There are mediums and there a ? well there are those who claim to be one but area deluded. There are also those who claim to be one who are lying and know they are lying. Luckily for you the site you have landed on is run by and only staffs those who have a lot of experience and who have proved they are very, very accurate and caring. I run an organisation which was set up years ago specifically because I kept hearing about bad readings and I also had a lot of bad ones applying to me for jobs. One reason was so that when I advertise for staff it is easier to gauge who is worth employing and who is not. Let me tell you some facts and figures about this which are quite horrifying. When I put an ad in for staff I get about 200 people apply for each job. You would think that this gives me plenty of choice but alas this is wrong because usually the whole 200 have very little experience and no qualifications! I am lucky if just one is actually good enough to employ and give a job to. The other fact which is even more horrifying is that when I refuse to employ them they shrug their shoulders and roll their eyes up to the ceilng and say oh well and go off and get a job somewhere
else that is not fussy. They are much more bothered about whether or not they can earn money from it than they are whether or not they are actually any good at it!

As the law stands now it is not, I repeat not, legally necessary to be
qualified in this to offer it as a service to the public - paid or unpaid.
It is the same in the UK with regard to therapy. Anyone can advertise
and offer their services as a counsellor, therapist, hypnotist or whatever.
Many agree with me that this is wrong and should be changed but this
would be very difficult to put into practice. Russell Grant set up the very
first big organisation which tested psychics before they were accepted
and I passed his tests. I then set up the next big organisation which does
this. But there are many that slip through the net because they are too big
headed to admit they need to be tested or they are not interested in tests
because they know they would fail them.
